Installation Instructions
Basic steps for installing Fleximounts
1. Remove center screw and store safely
2. Leave the 2 outer screws in position
3. Lay garden rail track approximately in position.
4. Locate Fleximounts at critical points along the track route. Fix to a base as shown on the web site
5. Ensure when positioning that sleepers/ties can fit over the locating studs on the Fleximount.
6. Leave no gaps between rail joints, preferably use rail joints or solder.
7. Drill M4 clearance hole** in center of sleeper/tie
8. Relocate center screw ensuring not to over tighten, this will result in distorting the sleeper/tie
9. Ballast track
10. Once all the Fleximounts are all assembled remove 2 outer screws on every assembly.
Basic steps for installing Ballast Anchors
1. Remove center screw and store safely
2. Lay garden rail track approximately in position.
3. Locate Ballast Anchors at less critical points along the track route. Allow to float loose in ballast and add plates if required, see web site.
4. Ensure when positioning that sleepers/ties can fit over the locating studs on the Ballast Anchors
5. Leave no gaps between rail joints, preferably use rail joints or solder.
6. Drill M4 clearance hole** in center of sleeper/tie
7. Relocate center screw ensuring not to over tighten, this will result in distorting the sleeper/tie
